PAY
- $50,000 -$70,000/year commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience in similar industry
- Understanding of industry and DOT regulations, policies, best practices, procedures, etc.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate with both external and internal customers and employees
- Possess excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook), office/data entry and scheduling programs (McLeod, TMW, etc.)
- Able to multitask, think fast, and work well under pressure
- Able to handle a constant high volume of calls both incoming and outgoing.
- Independent worker able to adapt to a variable work schedule
- Able to work remotely at times and be on-call to handle freight issues
